Shanghai HuaYi Group HuaYuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. , with a registered capital of 150 million RMB yuan, is subordinate to Shanghai HuaYi Group. Our company is located in Jinshan Second Industrial Park in Shanghai city, with a land of 120,000sqm (first stage) and 40,000sqm of buildings. The subsidiaries of HuaYuan include a scientific research institute (fine chemical research institute), Shanghai Pengpu Chemical Factory, ShangHai Golden Deer Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Colloid Chemical Factory, ShangHai XiangYang Chemical Factory, Shanghai Golden Ox Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., ShangHai XingHuo Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Celluloid Factory, Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Factory and Packing & Decorative Material Branch of Shanghai Plastics Industry Co., Ltd.
